Before you can add/edit mailbox information for a unit, you will need to be sure that the Property Settings are set up for a mailbox number. If you know that your property is already set up to use the mailbox number, then please skip to the "Editing/Updating the Unit#" section of this page. If you are not sure, or you know you need to update the property settings, please follow the instructions directly below.
1) Access your Property Settings. The steps taken to access the property settings will depend on whether you have a Multi-Property Account or a Singel Property Account.
Accessing Property Settings - Single Property Account:
Select the Account Settings, found in the upper right corner of the screen.
Accessing Property Settings - Multi-Property Account:
Select Residents >> Properties/Units.
Select the property that you will be working on. When you select the property, it will turn a darker blue, and you can select the "Property Settings" option located on the right.
1) Select "Miscellanious", located on the menu to the right.
3) A new page will appear with different Miscellaniousoptions. Scroll down to the option heading "Mailbox Number". Select the radio button option for "The same mailbox number always applies to the same unit", then click on the "Save" button located on the right at the top of the page and at the bottom of the page.
Your settings will now allow you to provide the mailbox number for each unit, and you may move on to the next section of steps.
Editing/Updating the Unit#:
1) Go to Residents >> Units
OR
2) Select the appropriate unit. You will know that the unit is selected when it is highlighted and you see the unit information on the left side of the page.
3) From the menu, click on"Edit This Unit".
4) A window will open, allowing you to edit the unit information. Enter the appropriate number in the "Milbox Number" field, then save it.
