On Tuesday, September 14th, 2021 we introduced a new field to the Residents section to be used for notating a resident’s nickname, preferred name, or pronouns.
1) The Identity Notes field can be found by going to Residents and clicking on a Resident’s name. 
2) The Resident Information pop-up window has been modified to move the Date of Birth field above the SSN field and the Identity Notes field has been added next to the name.
3) Any information entered in the Identify Notes field will be displayed in parentheses under the Resident’s name in the right detail panel.
