We recently released a new feature that will allow you to customize the Welcome Message on the first page of the online application. The area within red box is the default text.
If you would like to customize this message, go to Property Settings > Application/Screening and scroll down to the section titled Online Rental Application – Welcome Screen. (If you are unable to see this setting, reach out to your Company Admin to see if you have the appropriate user permissions.)
Click the radio button to ‘Use Custom Welcome Screen’.
You can click the button to ‘Copy from Default Welcome Screen’ to make minor changes to the default message, or create your own custom message.
Remember to click Save at the bottom of the page when you’re finished making your changes.
