*IMPORTANT NOTE: Before transferring an applicant or a resident from one property to another, always check with your Regional Manager or Corporate Admin to ensure you are following all internal policies and procedures related to transferring applicants and/or residents from one property to another.
To transfer an applicant to another property you will need to:
- Be sure that you are in the “Applicant” section of Tenant Tech. At the top of the page, go to Residents and select Applicants from the menu.
- Locate and click on the applicant’s name. You will then see the applicant’s name and report information on the right side of the page, as well as a menu of actions. Toward the bottom of that menu, you will see an option to “Transfer to Other Property”. Select this option.
- A pop-up will appear with a dropdown menu that allows you to select the property that the applicant will be transferred to. Once you have selected the appropriate property, simply click on the “Move” button.
