*IMPORTANT NOTE: Before transferring an applicant or a resident from one property to another, always check with your Regional Manager or Corporate Admin to ensure you are following all internal policies and procedures related to transferring applicants and/or residents from one property to another. 


To transfer an applicant to another property you will need to:

  1. Be sure that you are in the “Applicant” section of Tenant Tech. At the top of the page, go to Residents and select Applicants from the menu.


  1. Locate and click on the applicant’s name. You will then see the applicant’s name and report information on the right side of the page, as well as a menu of actions. Toward the bottom of that menu, you will see an option to “Transfer to Other Property”. Select this option.
  2. A pop-up will appear with a dropdown menu that allows you to select the property that the applicant will be transferred to. Once you have selected the appropriate property, simply click on the “Move” button.
