The steps taken to add or change a Property Number will vary, depending on whether you have a Single Property or Multi-Property account.




Single Property Accounts:



1. Go to Account Settings >> Basic Information

 


2. You will see the Property Name first, followed by the "Marketing Name", and then the Property Number.



3. Enter the property Number and click the "Save" button located in the upper right-hand corner.






Multi-Property Accounts:

 



1. Begin accessing your property settings by selecting  Residents >> Properties/Units 

 

 


2. Select the property that you would like to update. The selected property will turn a darker blue, and you will see the “Property Settings” option found on the right. 


 

3. You will see the Property Name first, followed by the "Marketing Name", and then the Property Number.




4. Enter the property Number and click on the "Save" button located in the upper right-hand corner.
