1) Go to Residents >> Units (Units/Properties if you have a MultiProperty account).
2) Select the appropriate unit, then select the Edit Thit Unit option from the menu.
3) A pop-up window will appear allowing you to update the unit information. Select "Additional Info".
4) You will see a radio button option that allows you to identify if the unit is located within a 100 year flood plain. Select the appropriate option (yes/no), and save your settings.
