1. Go to Account Settings >> Application/Screening
2. Scroll down to the section titled Online Rental Application – Welcome Screen. Click the radio button to ‘Use Custom Welcome Screen’.
3. You have the option to select the the button to ‘Copy from Default Welcome Screen’ to make minor changes to the default message, or create your own custom message.
4. Remember to Save. Your new welcome message will appear on the initial page for you online application.
