All documents created in TenantTech are recorded in program under Document History.


General Reminders: 

  • Documents created in program are not able to be deleted from a Resident's document history. Users with appropriate access can void documents in program. 
  • Users can select a particular resident and use the menu options on the Resident page to navigate to that specific resident's document history. 
  • Multiple Property Accounts, users must select the property before going to Document History.
  • The system will require users to confirm the email address and DOB for the signing party. 
  • The link sent to signing parties is valid for 14 days. 

Advance Filter Search Options 


Advanced Filters allows users to search for documents by different factors. Below is a screenshot and explanation of the options to search for documents on the property/account. 

  • Document created between - date range the form was created in program.
  • Keyword Search - search for forms that relate to a certain circumstance. 
  • Building/ Unit - review forms that were created for a specific unit/resident. 
  • Show only e-signed forms - forms that were electronically signed by resident or resident and owner/agent. 
  • Show only forms without unit/resident data - forms that were generated for applicants in program. 
  • Type- search by form type in program. 
    •  All Type
    •  Specific Types- Agreement/ Addendum, Accounting, Application, Certification, Notice- Termination, Notice- Other, Policy/Info., Other/Misc. 
  • Show Hidden - review voided forms. 

Document Download Options-


Resident/Unit Bulk Download


If you are reviewing a specific unit/resident's document history, you are able to download a Zip File of the documents and save those to your personal device. To download the zip file for a resident group, select the orange hyperlink 'Download all Documents'. 



Indvidual Download

Users can review and download a specific document in Document History by selecting (view >>) or (view all >>). Users can save PDF to their device. 



Other Functions in Document History:


Void This Document - documents that have been countersigned by owner/agent cannotnot be voided. Signing must be cancelled to void the resident signatures and void the form in Document History. 


Upload File - allows users to upload a file in document history. This is most often used when documents are not issued for electronic signing. 


Email this Document - allows users to email a PDF of the document/forms generated in TenantTech. This is not a signing link and will not allow for the recipient of the email to sign the forms electronically.
