The system requires a resident group to be selected to view most forms in program. The blank form will save to the resident's document history that is selected as a 'blank form'. Forms will print with Property and Management company information.


Steps to Print a Blank Form: 


1. Go to Residents, select Resident 


2. Once the resident is selected, select Forms & Docs 


3Select Print for Single Unit 


4. Use checkbox to select form. 


5. Select checkbox, Print Selected Forms Blank for Emergency


6. Select button, Edit forms  


7. Users can print the form directly using the Print icon or Open a PDF in a new window. Users can save the document with the save icon in View Form window. 



 


Reminder: 


Forms printed 'Blank' will contain Property Name/Property Number. If you are printing a blank form for a multi-property account, select a resident under the property you are needing the blank form.
