Signing logs are available for documents that have been sent or signed electronically. Users can review signing logs for a more in-depth review of when the document was sent for signature, who has or needs to sign or resend a new signing link to residents with pending signatures.
How to Access Signing Log-
Users will need to select the History/Actions hyperlink listed under when the document was created in program.
Signing Log Viewing Options
View By Document-This view allows users to review signing by the documents issued. Once a document has been fully executed, the system will note the date and time the document was signed.
View By Signer - This view allows users to review the signing parties and documents that their signature was requested. Once a document has been fully executed, the system will note the date and time the document was signed.
Full Signing Log- This view allows users to review the timestamps for all actions completed to the documents generated and sent for signing. This includes being able to review when the forms were accessed by the resident, any pending signatures and when the final forms were sent to signing parties.
Other Options on Signing Log-
Forms Pending Resident Signatures-
- Cancel Signing- allows users to cancel signing. Previous URL that was sent to parties to sign the forms will be listed as invalid and will not allow parties to apply their signature.
- Re-Send Signing- allows users to resend the document to a party for signing. The system will require users to confirm the email address and DOB for the signing party. The link sent to signing parties is valid for 14 days.
Form Not Pending Any Signatures-
Re-Send Link to Final Documents- allows users to resend a copy of the fully executed forms from the program.
