The resident signer(s) will receive a link in their email instructing them to sign their documents. This is what the signer (s) email will look like. 


1.Residents will "Click Here to Review and Sign"  


 

2. The Resident Signer(s) will be prompted to enter their DOB 



 

3. Residents will review the E-sign process and select continue 


4. Residents will be prompted to type or draw their signature 


    Note: Resident's signature must match the name displayed 




 

5. Apply Signature, then confirm signature 


Note: Resident signer(s) will show the option to cancel entire signing, or opt out to sign one document



6. Once resident signatures are applied, they can view/print documents again






Note: When the owner/agent countersigns, the resident signer(s) will automatically receive a link in their email will the final document showing all parties signatures
