This is a new management company setting to require Emergency and Death Contact information in the lease, with a convenient shortcut to add or edit these details.
Company Admins that would like to enable this feature for accounts listed under their management company should email support@tenanttech.com. Please note, enabling this feature will impact ALL accounts listed under the management company.
If this feature is turned on, users will be prompted to input Emergency and Death contact info when generating the rental agreement, if that contact info is not previously saved for the Head of Household.
The pop- up window will display if the emergency and death contact info is missing. The user can click hyperlink shortcut to the Emergency and Death Contacts.
In the Emergency & Death Contact section, click Edit Contacts
Enter the name, phone, and address of the Emergency and Contact. Select Save.
After saving, the Emergency and Death Contact info will display in the form and save to the Resident Information in TenantTech for the Head of Household.
View of Resident Info to show that the Emergency and Death Contact info that was entered while generating the form also saved to the resident info going forward.
