The Sent Email Log is a useful tool for site teams to confirm if a resident received sent from the program. The log can be accessed by going to Tools >> Sent Email Log.
How to use the Sent Email Log
Step 1- Enter in the email address of recipient. To refine your search, users can enter a date range. Once parameters are entered, select Apply.
Step 2- Select View to preview the exact email that the resident was sent.
Step 3 - After selecting View, the system will allow users to view a copy of the email sent to the recipient.
Tip- Users can view if the email was delivered, and if it was opened or clicked on with time stamps.
