In this article we will review how to link applicants together, as a group and how to manage group applicant profiles. TenantTech users can modify applicants by going to the Applicants page by hovering over Residents >> click Applicants
Steps to link applicants in TenantTech
Once the applicants have submitted their application, you will have the option to link them together if they are going into the same unit. Submitted applications will show the Lifecycle Status as "New"
1. To link them you will click the checkbox of the applicants you wish to link >> select "Link as Co- Applicants"
2. A pop up will appear to confirm if you want to move forward >> select Link Co-Applicants
3. Once they are linked together, you will need to select the drop down box in order to toggle between the applicants to view their information individually.
