Steps to Transfer an Applicant to a Different Property

 

Step 1- Go to Residents and select Applicants.




 

 

Step 2- Select the applicant that is transferring. From the Applicant Details Menu, click on Edit Applicant


 

 

Step 3- From the dop-down menu, select the property the applicant will be transferring to in program






Step 4- Select the appropriate unit from the drop-down menu and save.  

 

            Reminder: Before you save the information, be sure to update the rent quote if necessary.
